Hi All,

We agreed at the software meeting today that we would meet on April 28 to map out a strawman plan for implementing tracking calibrations into our workflow. That is in preparation for the S&C review. Let's say 10 am EDT on Thursday April 28 on the tracking zoom:

Please take this very seriously. We will be expected at the S&C review to present a well-defined path toward implementation of ALL tracking related calibrations. Please give it some thought before the meeting. Setting up the workflow for implementing this is, in any case, an urgent priority for us given the time to first beam.
