Hi folks,

our new root version now starts a web server when you start the 
TBrowser. I guess it works on a laptop but I can see lots of fun issues 
when running on a shared interactive node. root itself prints the solution:

ROOT comes with a web-based browser, which is now being started.
Revert to TBrowser by setting "Browser.Name: TRootBrowser" in rootrc 
file or by starting "root --web=off"

start root with "root --web=off" to get your old TBrowser back
