sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi folks,

from now on condor jobs which get submitted from the sPHENIX interactive 
nodes (sphnx01, sphnx02 and sphnxdev01) will run on our new shiny 
hardware. Users jobs will have higher priority than our production jobs, 
so they should be served first. That should make testing especially for 
high memory jobs a lot easier. In terms of running large numbers of jobs 
you are still likely better off using the shared pool (where jobs 
submitted from rcas2XXX will run) which has still more condor slots.

Please don't abuse it, we have a long list of simulations we need to 
finish (and yes, I can condor_rm user jobs as absolute last resort).
