    Hi folks,
    
    the MB AuAu data have been repaired (almost - about 20k DST_TRUTH
    and DST_TRKR_HIT files are still in the pipeline). I tested the new
    calorimeter clustering without vertex and it works. I am
    reprocessing the DST_CALO_CLUSTER files with the new code (the first
    20k are done, finishing this should be today). Unlike previously
    those files do not contain the GlobalVertexMap (so don't ask them
    for a vertex). Temporarily you can use the DST_VERTEX files to get
    this (the old calo files just contained a copy of it anyway). I
    didn't rename the old DST_CALO_CLUSTER files, so the lists don't
    work right now (sorry - should have done this). The old files still
    exist under
/sphenix/lustre01/sphnxpro/mdc2old/shijing_hepmc/fm_0_20/calocluster/run0006/,
    if you prepend the filenames in your file list with this path, your
    code will be able to use them.

    The plan here is to also revamp the global reconstruction which will
    give us the bbc vertex. Then in another step the tracking gvertex
    will be added and everything will be wrapped into a new
    GlobalVertexMap. There will be a new filetype for this intermittent
    step - DST_BBC_EPD - which will contain the results of the bbc and
    epd reconstruction. The final step will again give us a DST_GLOBAL
    which should resemble what we will have in our data reconstruction.
    This chain still needs to be set up, this will happen in the next
    couple of days.
    
    Once the calorimeter reconstruction is finished, we will re-run the
    tracking with our current version. The old DST_TRACKS will be
    renamed to DSTOLD_TRACKS so they are available during this time (and
    will be removed once the tracking is done)
    
     Next in line for the geometry fix is the MB pp data. It will follow
    the same approach, renaming the G4Hits, DST_XXX_G4HIT, DST_TRKR_HIT
    and DST_TRUTH files to apply the geometry fix and then rerunning the
    reconstruction (calorimeter, global, tracking).
