sPHENIX discussion of software

    Hello everybody,
    
    This is a reminder that we will have a sPHENIX simulation and
    software meeting today March 12th 1PM ET.

    I added some standing entries concerning the upcoming run which we
    will keep for the foreseeable future (without asking the
    contributors, so they will be rather empty today). Other than the
    production which has been with us for a while now (Sasha), we need
    to work out our calibrations workflow for the fixed latency
    reconstruction (Calibration task force) and the online monitoring
    and upcoming simulations. The linked google docs are writable by
    everybody - we will likely ask subsystems to fill in those entries.
    
    sPHENIX members should have write access, the access key is
    babar1008
    
    Don't forget the office hours at 3:00pm-3:30pm (Help will always be
    given at sPHENIX for those who ask for it).
