sPHENIX discussion of software

Hi folks,

one of the storage servers has disk errors and lustre decided to remove 
it. All of its files are unavailable, jobs accessing them (including ls) 
will just freeze and cannot be killed. Once the server is back the 
processes will recover, but I have no estimate how long this will be
