Hi folks,

there is a good chance that sdcc identified the problem. As mentioned previously it seems to be the python3 executable we have under SL7. I removed it and installed all our python packages for the stock python version (3.6), some packages didn't make it.

We just re-enabled user submission. Please follow the agreement we made about which jobs to run. The production likely needs tweak to use the older python version
