Hello Veronica,

I also think that we are not on the same page. I am trying out different branches of the git software and macros and I will be placing those findings on the table tomorrow. I guess tomorrow will be more technical discussions.

Dear Sourav,

Good idea.

It looks to me that there is some confusion about this. The new clusterizer and tpc simulation works fine for the cylindrical geometry and helix hough. This was tested before and the macro to run this was committed also.

The problem comes when you try to include the new "truth-pattern recognition" and ladder geometry. For some reason the tracking efficiency drops. =/

I think we have to discuss about the issues at hand regarding merging several macros revolving around TPC geometry modification, TPC clusterizer , truth pattern recognition, ladder geometry of INTT and MAPS.
