it seems that Monday is the time to meet. It is the day that we have least representatives who cannot make it.

I would suggest meeting tomorrow, Monday, Nov. 20 at 9:00 AM EST and then on a bi-weekly schedule. We should revisit tomorrow the states of preparedness for the institutes that we started talking about at the last meeting. Sasha: since you will not be able to make it, could you please send a note to me and/or Tom about the state of preparedness of WIS.
