Very nice results.  Congratulations.  We had to cancel the TPC mtg today because the prep for EIC R&D (defended Thursday) interfered.  Next Monday will be a good time for presentation.

Hi Thomas, Klaus, everyone,

Jamie and I have been making some progress with our Micromegas detectors over the past couple of weeks here at Saclay, that we have summarized in a few slides, attached.

The executive summary is that right now we have two prototypes (one 'standard' Micromegas and one Micromegas + GEM, that we can evolve in other things), which we have been able to characterize in terms of gain and energy resolution, and on which we have successfully performed first preliminary IBF measurements using the perfectly working picoAmmeter that you sent us.

Promising !

Maybe we can go through these slides in more details in a coming TPC meeting.

Best,

Jamie and Hugo
