Hi everyone

We are at a critical stage in the layup of the second C-fiber layer onto the inner mandrel.  Since the glue work time is involved, we MUST proceed apace and therefore cannot attend the meeting as currently scheduled.  We'll reschedule soon.  For now, please admire the photos that I sent to the DOE in the monthly report.  Also, please look at these videos that describe the microscope verification of the quality of the end ring alignment.  Better than 5 mils in all places :) !
