Dear All,

 I'm sorry that  We are going to hold a meeting to finalize
the specification and design of the pre-production FEE for
the TPC from 1:30pm, Feb 25, at 1-224 (BNL):

 We have implemented major modification for this version,
and are hoping this is going to be THE production version,
modulo very minor modification to be found by testing.
We hold this meeting to make sure that we don't miss any
necessary feature.

 I will make an overview presentation and any comments
and input are welcomed in the meeting.
