Dear Takao,

Thanks for the notes.
I would only remark that TPC probably needs to move to BNL around July 2022.

It would be nice in a while to see an estimate of how long each sector needs to be exposed to X-rays and then to cosmics to be able to say that it all looks to be operating, and thus to move to testing the next sector.
