Hi All,

As promised, here's the list of items we need to purchase soon for both laser systems.  As discussed, each item is associated with a person who is responsible for getting a quote and forwarding it to me. I will then use the quote to generate a PO at BNL. We decided that we'd like to get the PO submitted by early next week, so if you can get the quotes sooner than later, it would be appreciated. Thanks! 

If you happen to think of any items that are missing from the list please let me know.

I put together a tentative agenda, but please feel free to modify it and upload any material you wish to present. 

As discussed at the last TPC engineering meeting, one of the topics of discussion will be to come up with a shopping list to make many of the needed purchases for the laser system relatively soon. (I have a list of the outstanding items I could think of in the ToDo document attached in the Indico page.)
