Dear All,

The action items from today's meeting are below, and the status document is posted on indico as usual:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/11825/  As always, if you shared slides etc and haven't posted them yet, please do so for posterity's sake.

See you all next Wednesday at the usual coordinates: July 7, at 9:30AM Eastern:

Have a good week.

-Ross

Aiwu will head to his new job (congrats!)
Anyone, if you have a procurement, call it out! Tell Ross, Tom, and >>Ed<<
Bob and Ross will talk about aiming directed laser at CM stripes.
Bob will continue to follow up with QLI about the attenuator of the directed laser.
Bob will do vacuum (voltage?) test of QE of aluminum to confirm what laser power we need. Ross will clean up numbers on the number of clusters in a CM event vs a minbias event for Glenn.
Bob will talk with BS to find out the safe deadtime (propose 10us?)
Connor will calculate length of complete route of fiber from rack mount to port for diffuse laser so Bob can order once QE measurement is complete. QE info will tell Connor where the fan-out is (based on how many splitters we need).
Connor will consider how to safely remove the installation pipe. The concept of multiple support points looks promising, and more details are required.
Connor will give clearance to the TPOT footprint as much as possible in the TPC design
Connor will integrate FEE Cooling lines (1" diam) into the cable routing diagrams (away from TPC toward the recirculator)
Connor will investigate the details of the picture frame connections (torque etc) for the FEA of the TPC support.
Connor will look at whether the mid support is helpful for reducing motion due to lateral and axial vibration -- is the natural frequency near 60Hz or other frequencies we ought to work around? Are we safe in event of earthquake?
Connor will route RG59 cables, one to each HV card (one per module) plus additionally four more (inner field cage north, outer field cage north, inner field cage south outer field cage south) aka the three small wire feedthroughs. And will communicate with Tom and Joel to determine the full length of the HV cable.
Connor will route the gas lines on the WW or will ask Dan to do so.
Connor will update re: Joe Curran, who can start working on the rack panel layout ~now, and will keep Ivan and Frank in the discussion.
Dan will keep in contact with nanomotion about the ceramics
Dan will nudge Joel and Peter Hamblin to see if lasers can be placed where Dan proposes.
Frank will estimate how long it takes to terminate cables and return that number to Tom.
Hugo will provide the weight per module, and how many modules in the worst (best) case scenario would need to be supported:  Already done via email.
John H. will give updates on the Slice Test while Takao is unable to attend.
John H. will reach out to Eric Mannel to add TPC to the overall grounding diagram.
Klaus will send HV information to Joel after his vacation.
Klaus will send stickers to Bob to put SBU labels on the QLI laser currently at BNL.
Klaus, Nikhil, and Ross will prepare to evaporate with the prototype petal holder in order to calibrate thickness monitors and produce new chicklets for Bob.
Laser meeting will continue to discuss a spec for the lightpipes.
Luke will finish up the modifications to the x-ray table design, reach out to BNL (Dan or Connor) when drawings in SBU vault are stable/done. (native inventor files send to Connor)
Nikhil will complete a parts list for the evaporator support structure
Rob will keep us posted on gas rack news.
Ross will run nikhil's numbers through the modified strip widths.
Tom will email Dan when Those Bearings are ordered.
Tom will let us know when HV cards arrive in first articles. (late July)
Tom will produce or delegate a slide on the gas interlock/reporting requests for this meeting, and eventual propagation to Joel.
When needed, someone should make the drawings from the models, get approval, and order.…Connor says ~2 weeks required after we start the process. May want to tie additional things onto the panels, so want to complete routing before purchase.
