Dear All,

The action items from last Wednesday's TPC Engineering meeting are below, and the status document is posted on indico as usual:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/14425/
As always, if you shared slides etc and haven't posted them yet, please do so before the next meeting for posterity's sake.

Our next meeting TPC Engineering meeting will be next week, at the usual coordinates: Wednesday, February 9, at 9:30AM Eastern:

Anyone, if you have a procurement, call it out!  Tell Ross, Tom, and >>Ed<<
Bob will do vacuum (voltage?) test of QE of aluminum to confirm what laser power we need.
Chris will reach out to James Eksi to talk about modifications to the pocket plate for the lift.
Connor and Rich will look at how to modify the EMCal beam (shown above) to balance the load for the TPC, which needs  to be to one side to mount to the muID wall.
Connor will check in on the status of the rack panel layout with Joe.
Connor will confirm whether the fourth picture frame is really optional.
Connor will contact the TSI and Eclipse contacts (somebody to call on the phone) to let them know to expect a second package, and to explain our sense of urgency.
Connor will integrate FEE Cooling lines (1" diam) into the cable routing diagrams (away from TPC toward the recirculator)
Connor will keep the picture frame handy so it can be put on before cabling (Coordinate with Mike Lens)
Connor will look for places where survey marks could be placed (to meet with survey folks before the end of July).
Connor will reach out to Eclipse and TSI and remind them we need a quote soon, ask them if they have any questions for him/us.
Connor will route RG59 cables, one to each HV card (one per module) plus additionally four more (inner field cage north, outer field cage north, inner field cage south outer field cage south) aka the three small wire feedthroughs.   And will communicate with Tom and Joel to determine the full length of the HV cable.
Connor will send an email to the EMCal folks with the final picture frame / zbridge drawings  just to finalize.
Connor, Rich, and Chris will work on putting together an installation document to help Chris P.  (This will also be part of the 'must have' documentation).  This will be priority once the parts orders are out.
Dan will reach out to the TPOT folks and seek a proposal of how they plan to connect to the TPC cooling.
Dan will revise the stand-offs for the controller board.
John C. will consider where we want to put accelerometers (and strain gauges) in order to monitor vibration of the TPC during transport and operation.  To be discussed late in the process (July?).
Rich will follow up Tom's emails to James and give quantities.
Rich and Chris will add a stand-in part to the package for the full I beam so we can do the shimming in the clean room without the full beam present.  They will need some way to clamp it at the right height.
Rich will get a quote for the fit-for-us lift beam.
Rich will present the lift (using a strap on the open end of the tube and the front plate on the other side) in early January.
Rich will send installation tooling drawings to Eclipse
Rob will check on when the PLC is expected to arrive etc.
Rob will keep us posted on gas rack news.
Ross et al. need to identify a SPECIFIC place to assemble this at BNL.  He will reach out to Connor about this (A table in strumentation?)
Ross et al. need to identify a way to survey the finished CM. (Discussion with the C-AD survey folks maybe?  Matt Illardo)
Ross will reach out to Rob about when he can join the eng. meeting to report on gas system.
Ross, Tom, and all. will evaporate again when possible.
Takao or John H. will give updates on the Slice Test.
Tom and Dan need to touch base about the order for the piezo ceramic disks, and mechanics in general.
Tom and Kristina will complete the design of the controller boards for the laser benches.  Once they have a footprint nailed down, Dan will revise the model.
Tom et al. will test voltages for the HV cards once the x-ray box is ready.  Resistors will be purchased after this test (they are a negligible cost overall)
Tom will contact Debrecen about the waveform pickoff for the bottom GEM / photodiodes, to see their status (and whether we need a backup plan)
Tom will get a fresh quote/delivery estimate on a pocket spacer.  (midle part of the pocket assembly)
Tom will schedule a time to talk to Gabor (Debrecen group arrives on the 29th)about the diode readout.
When needed, someone should make the drawings from the models, get approval, and order.…Connor says ~2 weeks required after we start the process.  May want to tie additional things onto the panels, so want to complete routing before purchase.
