Dear All,

The action items from this week's TPC Engineering meeting are below, and the status document is posted on indico as usual:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/14444/
As always, if you shared slides etc and haven't posted them yet, please do so before the next meeting for posterity's sake.

Our next meeting TPC Engineering meeting will be next week, at the usual coordinates: Wednesday, June 22, at 9:00AM Eastern:

All will revisit the best way of lowering the TPC from the A-frame with the modules already installed at the next meeting on May 18.
Anyone, if you have a procurement, call it out!  Tell Ross, Tom, and >>Ed<<
Chris will explain why he wants these parts from Tom:  part 205-0300-0133 (Req # 94-13 Roller Bracket -- the part that bolts to the roller ring and allows it to roll smoothly on the I-beam, we believe).  Tom is not sure if he has them.
Connor will eventually order the strain relief brackets (once issues are resolved)
Connor will finish the drawings of the multi-part support beam, with specifications for where the connections would be for 3 sections.  Connor will dicuss this directly with James Eksi as needed, and will cc Tom on the initial email.
Connor will integrate FEE Cooling lines (1" diam) into the cable routing diagrams (away from TPC toward the recirculator)
Connor will keep the picture frame handy so it can be put on before cabling (Coordinate with Mike Lens)
Connor will look at changing the washers or reduce the depth of the counterbore in the existing design of the beam-block.
Connor will look for places where survey marks could be placed (to meet with survey folks before the end of July).
Connor will send the package of mods for the TPC support to James and Tom.
Connor will work on the gas line routing to the TPC WW.
Connor, Rich, and Chris will work on putting together an installation document (likely starting with the design review ppt) to help Chris P.  (This will also be part of the 'must have' documentation).  This will be priority once the parts orders are out.
Dan will reach out to Connor for an updated model of the CM petals tolook at the lip and lip diameter.
Jim will report on Frank’s purchase of Duff Norton jacks from Grainger.
John C. will consider where we want to put accelerometers (and strain gauges) in order to monitor vibration of the TPC during transport and operation.  To be discussed late in the process (July?).
John H, Jim M, and others will think about what high-level documentation we want, and when it is needed.
John H. will collect gap pad material from SBU and transport to BNL.  If he gets to it first, maybe we can convince him to take some cooling plates as well.  He will talk with Takao.
Kristina or Nikhil will look at the SBU vault to see if the assembly frame drawings are there, and will send that around to the engineering folks via email if found.
Kristina will test the mechanical performance of the Kapton tape mockup of the flex cables
Nikhil and Ross will work on the mods to the evaporator chamber.
Rich will present the lift (using a strap on the open end of the tube and the front plate on the other side) when possible.
Rob will keep us posted on gas rack news.
Ross will add Carter to the list of recipients of the minutes
Ross will revisit the gas mixture fine detail.
Takao or John H. will give updates on the Slice Test.
Takao will take cooling plates, gap pads, some screws, and possibly other items, to BNL for part of the slice test.
Tom et al. will test voltages for the HV cards once the x-ray box is ready.  Resistors will be purchased after this test (they are a negligible cost overall)
Tom will chat with James to talk about the order of priorities for TPC cart and other construction (weld, tapped holes, CM cutter, etc)
Tom will check on the order for the INTT part to Chicago Rolled Metals.
Tom will lead discussion how to measure the position of the CM within the TPC once installed.
Tom will let us know of any updates from Debrecen/spark detection.
Tom will try to identify any TPC engineering tasks that still need to be addressed.
When needed, someone should make the drawings from the models, get approval, and order.…Connor says ~2 weeks required after we start the process.  May want to tie additional things onto the panels, so want to complete routing before purchase.
ross will reach out to Rob on gas rack news via email.
