Hi folks,

For the past few weeks a few of us have been meeting Fridays at 2pm to go over the status of the TPC commissioning, lasers, and other issues.  Takao suggested we open up the discussion to the broader group.  Jin has also pointed out the standing TPC operations zoom. (If we become a nuisance there, we can fall back to a different zoom link)

The goal is to keep it brief where possible, and it's certainly understood that people may join and continue to work on their task when they're not actively discussing.
