Hi folks,

Like last week, I think it would be good to bring the various TPC teams up to speed on current status.  I am unfortunately telecommuting to the last day of a collaboration meeting, so I can't make the usual meeting time.  Bob has offered to run it in my absence, and has suggested we start at 3pm -- I'll join as soon as I can.

Last week we used the TPC operations zoom, and I think that's a good practice to continue.
