Hi Mike, thanks for looking into this.  I just committed a macro called Fun4All_G4_tpc_hijing_full.C to the TPC macros branch.

Near the top you can choose whether to use a sample hijing hepmc file containing peripheral events or central.  The evaluator seems to finish OK in the peripheral, but takes ages in the central.

Let me know of any questions,
Alan

Hello Alan,

I'm trying to run the TPC code to give a profile report on the CPU cycles in the evaluation. I'm having a lot of trouble figuring out exactly how to run the TPC code these days.

There is a macro that run through to the Hits... not enough to run and profile the eval. There is a different macro that reads in DSTs I don't have. If I run the standard steering macro, I thought I had success, but then I see that doesn't actually run the TPC version of the macros. If I enable the G4Setup for the TPC within the standard steering macro, I just get a crash.

Which macro do you wish profiled with the evaluator?
Mike
