sPHENIX tracking discussion

Dear collaborators,

We’ve arranged for a discussion tomorrow, Wednesday, May 11 at 9am ET about 
an sPHENIX TPC, particularly with an eye toward our response to the ALD’s 
charge.  In addition to our own sPHENIX collaborators who are enthused about 
the potential of using a TPC for sPHENIX tracking, we’ve invited some key 
people from ALICE and STAR with current knowledge on working with TPCs in 
high-rate, high-multiplicity environments.
