Dear friends,

We are delighted to announce to the Collaboration that our proposal on MAPS inner tracking, "Probing Quark-Gluon Plasma with Bottom Quark Jets at sPHENIX", has been funded by the Laboratory. LDRD proposals are very competitive and we are fortunate to have succeeded this cycle. We give our deepest thanks to all of those who have supported us, both inside the Collaboration and outside it.
