Subject: [Sphenix-tracking-l] sPHENIX TPC electronics workfest, Aug 3-4 (Wednesday and Thursday)

Dear All,

This is to remind people that we have a TPC electronics

The venues are 2-160 in the mornings, and 2-219 in the
afternoons.

The agenda is quite in float, since this workfest is not a

presentation-driven workfest, but is really a working workfest.

The rough idea is to hold working session in the morning,

and discuss the outcome in the afternoon.

In the morning on Wednesday, there is a TPC engineering

meeting from 9:30am to ~11:30am. So, we may or may not

be able to start working in the morning, in which case we'll

start doing this at 1:30pm (PHENIX has the last full profile
photo-taking session at 12:45pm.).

I will initiate the discussion of where we are now and what

has to be done.

Those who would like to be involved are welcome to join!
