old slides as they are, and uploaded the new slides with

filename of *_v4.pdf.

    Please post your revised plenary talks, or your breakout talks,
    to the practice page by COB today. I know that we owe a few
    slides to the various speakers and we are working to get them
    to you as soon as possible.
