sPHENIX tracking discussion

    Dear all,
     We are nearly complete in our preparation for the upcoming
    sPHENIX Tracker review. We will start tomorrow morning at 8:30 am
    in room A-122, the Large Conference room in the BNL Instrumentation
    Building. This is the room where we held the sPHENIX
    Cost and Schedule review last year. I want to thank everyone
    that has helped us with presentation and documentation preparation.
    In my opinion we have an excellent set of presentations.

    We are still missing a few breakout talk presentations that I
    urge the speakers to complete and post as soon as possible.
    They include the talks:
    MAPS Electronics
    MAPS LDRD/R&D
    Further Details on the INTT Schedule/Resources/Contingency/Risk

    In addition I understand that the talks on INTT R&D and Further
    Details on TPC Cost/Schedule.... are nearing completion.

     Many have worked very hard to bring us to the current state of
    preparation for tomorrow's review. Thanks again for your efforts
    and good luck to us at the review.
