Dear Tony,

Based on today’s discussion during the software meeting, my understanding is
that we will go for a full code freeze out by July 1st. For the TPC, by that
time, we should have the realistic readout and true layer configurations in.
As we promised, Veronica and I are currently fine tuning this configuration
and we should have this committed soon. From now to July, we have enough time
to test these developments in full.

Starting this Sunday, there will be a tracking workshop (Sun,Mon,Tue).
Unfortunately I will not be at BNL, but I could connect via BluJean. Could
you please send a link to BlueJean for the people that will not be able to be
at BNL?
