sPHENIX tracking discussion

How about these for tracking "Ultimate Performance Parameters" (UPP's):

1- Upsilon(1S) mass resolution < 100 MeV
2- 90% tracking efficiency in 10% most central events
3- <10% momentum resolution at 40 GeV
4- <200 micron point resolution (residual)

I would try to convince Ed to use only 1 and 2 if we can get away with 
it, and if anyone has other ideas, if we could discuss this on this list 
today, that would be very helpful.  Thanks.
