Sorry I mis-remembered the meeting time. I thought the meeting is 11:15.

But I do have some progress on the tracking code reorganization.

I have adapted the seeding+prop module with the new interface.

And have started to break it up.

My dev branch is here:

The location of the relocated track reco modules would be under offline/packages/trackreco

I think I should be able to get this roughly finished before the collaboration meeting.
