Hi Tony and all,

 

I’ll miss the meeting this morning as I’ll be called into CHEP and giving my talk around 11 AM EST, so two updates/comments from me:

 

1. The journal editors just informed me that they are extending the submission deadline of the paper to July 5 to give us extra time to prepare. That is great since the original timeline was pretty tight; given that July 5 is a holiday in the US I would propose we set a final deadline of July 2^nd.
2. Nonetheless, we can still follow a similar schedule and perhaps have a couple “internal to us” releases. So, please everyone read and make some comments on the paper by tomorrow so that I can work to implement them. It might be beneficial to have another internal release to us, since the scope of the paper was expanded a bit.
