There is a bunch of code setting it at https://sphenix-collaboration.github.io/doxygen/d2/db7/classAssocInfoContainer.html and just one user module as Tony mentioned.

PHSiliconTpcTrackMatching::addSiliconClusters(), PHHoughSeeding::export_output(), PHSiliconTpcTrackMatching::findEtaPhiMatches(), PHGenFitTrkProp::OutputPHGenFitTrack(), PHSiliconTruthTrackSeeding::Process(), PHTruthTrackSeeding::Process(), PHTruthSiliconAssociation::process_event(), PHMicromegasTpcTrackMatching::process_event(), and TpcPrototypeGenFitTrkFinder::process_event().

I notice that we create and fill a class named AssocInfoContainer on the node tree. It is a map of (clusterkey, track_id). It appears to be filled but not used (I found only one use, in a print statement in PHGenFitTrkprop). Does anyone know of a reason to keep this?
