Hi all, 

with most up-to-date code, I am experiencing occasional crashes in PHActsTrkFitter, when running with full truth track seeding (G4TRACKING::use_full_truth_track_seeding = true;)

I tracked it down to seeds having invalid (NaN) initial position and/or momentum. The crash can be avoided by checking on those in the ActsFitter and skipping the track when this happens, but it might be worth investigating the upstream root of the problem

The seed's position and momentum are filled in PHTruthTrackSeeding. So far I have found no clear pathology for the tracks that results in those NAN. 

Before I look into it further, does anyone see the same ?
