Hi folks,

I want to reduce the noise I have to deal with for the compiler upgrade.
We are still dragging around the PHTpcTracker from Dmitry which enters
our code base via PHHybridSeeding.cc which is only called in this macro.

Is anyone still using this or can I get rid of it (and the underlying code)?
