Hi folks,

I took Martins code and put it into a new package offline/packages/rawtodst. It does compile (by now with all our warning flags enabled) and is part of the rebuild (and jenkins). It is definitely not functional - I don't see that those hitsets are filled properly. But at least now there is a common piece of code which can be made to work
