P.S. it looks like I also get occasional segfaults now which hasn't happened in all previous productions

The message comes from:
./simulation/g4simulation/g4tpc/TpcClusterBuilder.cc

Please add some marking to your printouts (like std::cout << PHWHERE << " your message goes here" << std::endl) so I don't have to grep through our code base to see where some message comes from.
