Hello,
Thank you, Charles!
Using map from Charles, I have made a version with HV channels.

EDIT:

By popular request, I have added x,y,z axes. The z axis is the beam line/longitudinal axis and the +z axis points towards the north.

Also, a reminder: the first picture labeled NORTH is the NORTH side, meaning it is what you see when standing at the bore on the NORTH side facing the south.

The second picture labeled SOUTH is the SOUTH side, meaning it is what you see when standing at the bore on the SOUTH side facing north.

Hello sPHENX tracking & calibration enthusiasts,

During the TPC Distortions meeting, the issue of the TPC sector/module mapping was brought up. I know this is an issue common to those working on TPC calibrations and those working on issues specific to tracking in the TPC as well.

Specifically, the issue is that the SBU crew tends to use O'Clock coordinates (as a watch face is laid out) for the 12 TPC Sectors/side and the BNL crew tends to use Sector numbering.

This email intends to clarify how these mappings correspond to each other. Recall that R1 is the inner most module, and R3 is the outer most module.
