Sorry, I should have hit "reply all".

Dear Michael,

The poster looks good! I have a few minor comments:

Abstract:
" .. data from its silicon .." -> " .. data from the silicon .. "

CA Seeding:
Define "edge".

Track Seed Matching:
pT -> p_T

Maybe not that important here, but in triggered (Au+Au) events it matches in (η, φ, track z). In extended readout (pp) events, it checks the silicon-TPC z matching after assigning a crossing from the silicon seed.

If no silicon seed is found for a TPC seed, a track object is made anyway, containing only the TPC seed, and with no crossing number assigned.
  • In that case the absolute z positions of the TPC clusters are unknown. Those tracks are assumed to be from the triggered crossing, in triggered data taking.

Track Seeding Overview:

A momentum estimate (calculated via circle-fit and linear fit to cluster chain).
->
A momentum estimate (calculated via circle-fit of (x,y) and linear fit of (r,z) to cluster chain).

I like your "Track Seeding Overview" box.

Cheers
Tony

Hi,

I managed to produce a draft of the track seeding poster earlier today, available here: https://sphenix-invenio.sdcc.bnl.gov/uploads/yfz2p-8qb23. The efficiency plots for the silicon seeding and matching aren't correct, but the rest of the poster is more or less complete, so any comments would be welcome.

Thanks,

Michael Peters
