Hi folks,

I ran the latest version which deals with those subsystems over 2000 events over a few cosmic runs. The reason for this limitation is the output file size with is ~60GB now. The files are in:

/sphenix/lustre01/sphnxpro/commissioning/aligned_streaming/

For Tpc/Tpot it uses the old non-pool decoding, for the intt it uses the pool but as Takashi showed this still drops a few hits. I did see that the Tpot has events with a one off bco (one off too early), so I allow tpot hits with gl1_bco -2 to be used (that is configurable in the macro). I didn't have a number for the allowed bco range for the tpot - I just set it to 100 beam clocks to get started.

The micromegas look like there is a problem in the bco counter, in the logs in

/sphenix/user/sphnxpro/chp/cosmicscombine/streaming

I record which bco's get dropped since they are too early (basically don't correspond to a Gl1 bco) and I see occasionally messages like
Micromegas BCO: 0x78e3b4d00 smaller than GL1 BCO: 0x78e3b4dff, ditching this bco

where I would assume the micromegas counter should be 0x78e3b4e00 in this case. This is the most frequent - there are others (where the last 4 bits in the Gl1 bco is always 0xf)

Also it looks like the intt always has a few early hits at the beginning of the run (start synchronization issue?).

Please have a look if there is something like a track to be found in these files.

Chris
