- Subject: [Sphenix-tracking-l] Clang-tidy PRs
- Date: Mon, 26 Feb 2024 15:50:36 +0000
Hi all,
I made some PRs to clean up a few of our repositories with clang-tidy and clang-format. More to come over the next few weeks... Some files in these repositories are almost completely "rewritten" because they conformed so poorly to our coding conventions. That
means they will likely introduce merge conflicts if you try to pull them down once they are merged. I'll leave them open for now so that if anyone has any strong objections to me merging these, you can speak up now. For example, "I have made substantial performance
improvements to the <insert your favorite algorithm here>, let me push my code first." In general I'm going to work on doing this to several of our packages which desperately need it, so this won't be the last time this happens over the next few weeks.
See PR 2510 and 2511 for this weeks edition of clang-tidy and clang-format come to tracking.
Joe
