Hi all,

In today's tracking meeting, we discussed the need to meet more regularly as the run approaches. As a part of this, we thought it would be useful to identify a couple of times during the week where we can sit down together and have regular working sessions for a few hours. Please fill out the following poll which is for a generic week, but think about it as starting on May 1^st or whatever week your academic calendar officially designates as the start of summer. Also, please fill it out considering only what meetings are really necessary to attend, as we will need to start finding more time together as the data starts coming in (as it already has).
