Hi All,

We will have our usual tracking meeting on Monday at 11 am. We should discuss preparations for understanding the first data with the new TPC gas. It would be useful to identify tasks that can be accomplished this week that are specific to that goal, and to identify people who can work on them.

Some examples of things that should be tackled this week:

• Perform simulations with the estimated isobutane gas mixture parameters, to establish expected performance.
  
• Add switches to the track reconstruction and analysis chain to add the isobutane mixture drift velocity.
  
• Improve the production speed as much as possible.
  
• Test the machinery for the rapid production and analysis used to evaluate cluster properties versus GEM gain.
• Prepare a tracking setup with the best available alignment and distortions corrections.
  
• Identify the tracking evaluation procedure that we want to focus on initially.
