Here is a summary of (what I think are) the action items on full streaming from the meeting this morning.

1) MVTX, INTT and TPC groups discuss together the online synchronization of the data streams from the three subsystems, and report back with a plan.

2) Offline experts settle on how long an offline frame (a F4All "event") should be. This will be a tradeoff between silicon detector occupancy (which is an issue for track matching) and data duplication. Has to be done considering what the online synchronization period is.

3) Create the data duplication machinery needed to make each F4All frame contain all data belonging to that time period. Requires some overlapping data between frames.

4) Offline experts create the machinery to filter out tracks from crossings duplicated due to overlapping frames from 3.
