Hi Hugo,
I guess the question in the long run is, can we split the current full reco module in two so we do not have to rerun the pattern recognition twice.
We should soon come up with a workflow that resembles a little closer our job A/B/C design, including the corresponding intermediate file storage etc.
For the next few days I don't think we are pressed for CPU slots/resources and we can simply run the two macros in parallel for development purposes.
We should reprocess all the relevant runs we have so far with your setup asap, so the analyzers have something to work on.
