Regarding 2): Correct, we expect those two days to be filled with presentations/discussions. A workfest around before or after the collaboration meeting would be very helpful.

We should discuss two things at a tracking meeting next week:

1) A tracking abstract for QM.

2) A workfest associated with the collaboration meeting.

The collaboration meeting is December 12 (Thursday) and 13 (Friday). It will not include time reserved for working sessions.

So workfest days would have to be before or after Thursday and Friday.

Look at a calendar and think about what would work best for you, and we can discuss it on Monday.
