I collected all contributions I got so far (please check if I did not miss your input).

Let me know if you would like to add your contribution to the list.

The estimated time for each presentation is 20 min (15+5), including discussion. 

I took into account geographical locations from your affiliations, giving the chance to present our collaborators from Japan and China first.
