Dear Hanna and Xiaofeng,

This email is regarding the suggestions received on the paper proposal slides that I presented in last week's PWG meeting. There were two suggestions,
1. Add a slide with information on sources of systematic uncertainty and their contributions.
2. To understand the apparent change in behaviour of C5 and C6 between 3 GeV FXT and
7.7 GeV collider, it was suggested to look at another FXT mode COM energy at 7.2 GeV.

For the 1st suggestion,
We have added a slide for the same and given the numbers for low, intermediate and high energies, as an example. These numbers for all the energies will be put in the analysis note. Also, the PAs name has been added and paper proposal slides updated on the link below.

Regarding the 2nd suggestion, following information should be kept in mind-:

What we plan to report in this paper is number fluctuations of protons selected at mid-rapidity ( |y| < 0.5 ) within pT range 0.4 - 2.0 GeV. As STAR was designed for operation at collider energies, selection of protons at mid rapidity is feasible for those energies, but when FXT energies are analysed, the effect of detector acceptance has to be kept in mind for the same. As can be found on the PDF from below link,

the proton acceptance at sNN = 7.2 GeV FXT , forbids us symmetric acceptance in rapidity (|y| < 0.5) while it is possible at 3 GeV FXT.
Future FXT data, with the iTPC and eTOF detectors in place, would extend our acceptance and thus allow such measurements, but the current 7.2 GeV FXT data taking did not involve both the detectors .

Hence, we do not plan to analyse the 7.2 FXT, and would like to keep only the results reported on the paper proposal slides.
