Dear CF colleagues,

As was mentioned during yesterday meeting we are requested to investigate what luminosity is desired for the physics program in Run23 and Run25. We also have a hard probes program which needs to sample large luminosities. This is related to the TPC rate improvement project, and how we can achieve our goal outlined in this year’s BUR. All these details will be needed for next year’s BUR. The investigation should start now.
