Dear Xiaofeng,

I would give a brief presentation and take inputs from all for the 
selection of run-by-run QA observables that should be considered when 
removing bad runs by doing the run-by-run outliers QA for BES-II.

The QA board has asked to come up with suggestion on the QA observables 
for determining BES-II badruns after discussion in PWG. Kindly add me to 
the agenda.
