Dear CF Colleagues,

    Please find the timelines for QM2022 sent by PAC.
    If you want to submit an QM abstract, please send an initial draft 
to PWG by Nov. 1st.

- Nov. 1st-15th: discussion within PWG about potential merging. Once 
your abstract is given green light to go ahead by the conveners, please 
submit through the Drupal interface
- Nov. 15th: all abstracts uploaded to Drupal for official approval
- Nov. 30th: deadline to QM submission

   All abstracts will be submitted by the PAC, with speaker assignment 
determined later. Do not submit any STAR abstracts on your own.

Dear All

In anticipation of large number of abstracts to be proposed for QM 2022 
and the potential need of internal discussion for merging, we propose 
the following timelines for abstract preparation: - Nov. 1st: initial 
draft to PWG on mailing list. You should present the status of your 
analysis to PWG soon if you plan to submit an abstract
- Nov. 1st-15th: discussion within PWG about potential merging. Once 
your abstract is given green light to go ahead by the conveners, please 
submit through the Drupal interface
- Nov. 15th: all abstracts uploaded to Drupal for official approval
- Nov. 30th: deadline to QM submission

All the abstracts, including talks and posters, will be submitted 
centrally by PAC. Please do not submit an abstract yourself. 
Furthermore, we will only decide on the speakers of merged abstracts, if 
needed, after the abstracts are accepted.
