Dear Rongrong and all,
I just had a look at the QM abstracts link in your following email.
My abstract "Deuteron number fluctuations and proton-deuteron correlations in high energy heavy-ion collisions in the STAR experiment at RHIC" was selected as a standalone abstract for a talk from CF-PWG. I see the very recent proposal of merging with studies on strangeness fluctuations (net-K+net-Lambda) and discussed it in our group.
Our abstract deals with using the fluctuations and correlations and testing coalescence and different set-up of thermal models to probe the production mechanism of light nuclei in heavy ion collisions and was selected by the convenors for a talk. Please find the link below for my abstract.
https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/QM2022_Abst_Debasish.pdf
We feel that our topic of abstract does not have connection with net-Lambda fluctuations or for the direct search study for the QCD critical point. Merging these two topics to a single abstract might only weaken physics messages from both the topics.
Request you all to kindly consider this.
Thank you,
With Best Regards,
Debasish
