STAR Correlations and Fluctuations PWG

Hello CF Physic Working Group,

    As you may know, the proton higher moments work is one of the "no preliminary results" analysis. The paper describing this work is *almost* ready for release, and therefore a "release seminar" has been planned at BNL for December 7th at 11 AM EST. Sam Heppelmann will be the speaker. Also note that the STAR analysis meeting will be taking place on December 7th. The proposed agenda for the analysis meeting will conclude by 11 AM on Tuesday December 7th so that interested STAR members may join that zoom seminar.

   As this will be a release seminar, it will be, in a sense, an official STAR talk. Sam will present a practice of this talk in the higher moments focus group meeting today at 7PM EST (4PM PST). The zoom link is:

   Following the feedback from this practice, the slides will be edited and the revised talk will be posted to CF on Monday. The goals would then be to post the slides to startalks the following Monday (Nov 30th).
